To make tea, only the top sprouts with several leaves are used. The collection is made only from old tea trees growing in Yunnan province. Each medal weighs about 7 grams, diameter is 2.5 cm. Warm the tea container with boiling water. One piece of tea (7-9 grams) per 250 ml of hot water - 90 degrees. Drain the first brew immediately to clean the tea leaves. The second brew lasts about 30 seconds (it can be longer depending on taste, but be careful - shen pu-erh can easily be over-brewed, which can cause the drink to become bitter). With each subsequent brew, increase the infusion time. From brewing to brewing, the taste of tea and its aroma will change. The tea can withstand several brewings.
