Kondari (savory) 100 gr

Savory or kondari is a very popular spice in Mediterranean and Caucasian cuisine; not a single meat or fish dish can do without this herb; it is added both in combination with other spices and as an independent seasoning. It has a piquant aroma and a slightly hot taste; if meat or poultry has a specific smell, savory will hide it and add spiciness and aroma to the dish, so it is simply irreplaceable for lamb, this spice can become a substitute for black pepper, it is quite spicy, but at the same time so soft, not harsh sharpness.
